I love sports and I love fitness therefore loving the sport of fitness that is CrossFit was an easy one for myself. After playing competitive sports all of my life, CrossFit filled the void once the sporting events stopped. During college at The University of Texas, I started doing CrossFit workouts from the CrossFit website. During my collegiate years, I began doing various urban, adventure, and mud races with friends and family. Upon graduation, I realized I wanted to continue with the various races and I quickly realized CrossFit prepared me for anything. I began getting serious about CrossFit as a training method for my love of adventure and mud races. After a year of intense CrossFit training I made the decision to become a certified trainer of CrossFit. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, a certified CrossFit Kids instructor and I am currently working towards more certifications through CrossFit as well as other companies. I really enjoy pushing myself and pushing my clients to be the best they can be. I look forward to seeing you in the box and seeing the progress we can make together.
I have loved sports and fitness as far back as I can remember. When I was growing up, I did a lot of weight training and continued that as a college football athlete. Once my collegiate career ended I didn’t want to keep lifting large amounts of weight everyday, but wanted to continue to challenge myself physically and mentally. I then turned to CrossFit. It changed my life and the way I view working out. I am currently training in Sacramento, California and have my Level 1 Certification from CrossFit. I’m looking forward to receiving other certifications such as Olympic Lifting and StrongMan from CrossFit. I enjoy training my clients at a pace that will help them achieve maximum results and minimize their injuries.
